Can I return medicine if it doesn't work for me?

Unfortunately, no. Opened medicine cannot be returned due to "not working" as therapeutic response varies. However, if you experience side effects requiring discontinuation, discuss with your doctor about doctor-approved returns. Always consult your doctor before stopping treatment.

What if I ordered too much medicine?

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days for refund. Contact pharmacy immediately. Once opened, you cannot return excess medicine. Order only what you need for 1-3 months initially.

My vaporizer device is faulty. Can I return it?

Yes! Vaporizer devices have manufacturer warranties (typically 1-3 years). Defective devices can be returned for replacement. Contact pharmacy with device serial number and description of fault.

Do I get a refund if TGA rejects my application?

If your TGA application is rejected (very rare), no medicine is ordered, so there''s nothing to refund except possibly the consultation fee (depends on clinic policy). Most clinics don't charge if TGA rejects.

Can I exchange for a different product?
