4. Orders & Payment

When placing an order:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods
• Orders are subject to prescription verification and product availability
• We will confirm your order via email once verified and dispatched

5. Delivery

• We deliver to valid Australian addresses only
• All deliveries are made in discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability
• An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer

• Telehealth fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken place
